The existing structure had become unsafe due to rot, instability and long-term weather damage. Our team delivered a complete removal of the old deck, full ground preparation, installation of a new structural timber subframe, and laying of FSC-certified, pressure-treated decking boards. The goal was to provide the homeowner with a safe, durable and aesthetically clean outdoor living area built to modern standards.

Challenges & Solutions
- Rotten and unstable subframe – Fully removed and replaced with a stronger, pressure-treated structural framework to ensure long-term durability.

The project was completed efficiently and to a high standard, providing the client with a clean, stable and long-lasting decking system.
