Window Resealing & Ceiling Repairs — St Barnabas Road, Cambridge

Project Overview

British Builders attended a residential property on St Barnabas Road in Cambridge to complete window resealing, internal remedial decoration and Bedroom 2 ceiling repairs.

The window area showed deteriorated sealant, staining and localised cracking around the reveal, sill and adjoining wall surfaces. The room also had minor ceiling cracks and visible staining requiring filling, priming and local redecoration.

Our team removed failed sealant, cleaned and prepared the window perimeter, then applied high-performance weatherproof sealant to improve protection against water ingress. Internally, the reveal, sill line, wall edges and Bedroom 2 ceiling cracks were prepared, filled, sanded, primed and locally redecorated for a cleaner finish.

Challenges & Solutions
