We monitor qualification renewals proactively through our compliance matrix. Where certification requires renewal, training is arranged through approved test centres in advance of expiry.

British Builders will

We operate our own in-house training facility in London, supplementing it with external courses across London and the South East.

  • Provide induction, health & safety, and job-specific training to all staff.
  • Review personal development plans annually through appraisals.
  • Set training objectives linked to the company's business plan.
  • Ensure training quality is reviewed and improved continuously.
