EICR Remedial Works — Lincoln

Project Overview

British Builders completed EICR remedial works at a property on Greetwell Place, Lincoln. Following the electrical inspection, several safety-related items were identified, including C1 and C2 findings that required corrective action to bring the installation back to a safer and compliant condition.

The works included remedial repairs to the consumer unit, socket outlet, outside lighting, wall light, shower pull cord switch and metal face plates. Each item was checked, repaired or replaced as required, with final testing carried out to confirm safe operation.

Scope of Work

• Reviewed and addressed EICR C1 and C2 findings
