Our Commitment to Training
British Builders will:
- Provide induction, health & safety, and job-specific training to all staff.
- Review personal development plans annually through appraisals.
- Set training objectives linked to the company’s business plan.
- Ensure training quality is reviewed and improved continuously.
We operate our own in-house training facility in London, supplementing it with external courses across London and the South East.
