British Builders Building Services

With our dedicated in-house Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) delivery service, British Builders Building Services (BBBS), we combine commercial focus with an integrated approach across our supply chain. This allows us to plan, coordinate, and deliver M&E works more efficiently. On selected British Builders Construction projects, this model replaces traditional M&E procurement with a tailored, project-by-project approach using specialist sub-contractors where needed. Our in-house BBBS platform complements our established external supply chain. By fully integrating BBBS technical teams with the British Builders Construction team, we can deliver greater value and better outcomes for our clients.

At British Builders, we use Building Information Modelling (BIM) to create, share and manage project information with our clients and supply chain in a single digital environment. This improves coordination and reduces errors. Our digital models help validate designs, improve procurement, cut waste and deliver projects more efficiently, saving time and money for our clients. We also helped develop the Ministry of Justice’s BIM best practice guidelines with industry partners.
