Bath panel removed for leak repair and resealing works in Manchester

Bathroom Leak Repair — Elizabeth Tower, Chester Road, Manchester

Project Overview

British Builders attended a residential apartment at Elizabeth Tower on Chester Road, Manchester to investigate and repair a reported bathroom leak affecting the property below.

Our engineer inspected the bath area, pipework beneath the bath, visible plumbing connections, surrounding seals, toilet base and tiled junctions. After removing the bath panel, the leak was traced to pipework beneath the bathtub.

The affected connection was repaired, secured and sealed to prevent further water escape. The bath was adjusted where required, resealed with sanitary-grade silicone, and vulnerable areas around the toilet base and bathroom junctions were also resealed as a precaution.

Final testing and visual checks confirmed the leak had been stopped and the bathroom fittings were secure and ready for normal use.
