Internal Remedial Works — The Green Building, New Wakefield, Manchester
Project Overview
British Builders attended a flat at The Green Building, New Wakefield in Manchester to complete internal remedial works, safety checks, cleaning and minor repairs across the property.
The works covered the hallway, kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom, bringing multiple smaller issues into one coordinated visit. In the bathroom, mould-affected ceiling areas were treated, the extractor fan was cleaned, and defective sealant and grout were removed and renewed where required.
In the kitchen, old sealant was removed and replaced with sanitary-grade silicone, while the existing oven was removed for disposal after safe isolation. Additional works included local decoration touch-ups, minor making good, securing curtain poles, checking the hallway smoke alarm and completing a final clean-down.
