Project Overview
British Builders attended a residential property on Prince of Wales Road, Sheffield, to complete a package of general maintenance and clearance works across the internal and external areas of the home. The job included vinyl flooring replacement, front and rear garden clearance, bathroom fan replacement, and removal of unwanted sofa items from the property.
The photos show overgrown garden areas, accumulated waste, outdoor storage items, furniture prepared for removal, and external areas requiring a full tidy-up. To complete the works efficiently, our team treated the visit as a wider property improvement job rather than a single small task. The aim was to improve safety, access, appearance, and day-to-day usability of the property.
The work included clearing debris and unwanted items, tidying overgrown outdoor areas, preparing and improving internal flooring where required, and checking the bathroom ventilation so the property could be left cleaner, safer, and more manageable for continued use.
Scope of Work

- Supplied and fitted new vinyl flooring, ensuring alignment, secure fixing and a neat finish.
- Inspected the bathroom fan and diagnosed the ventilation issue.
- Replaced the faulty bathroom fan where required to restore proper extraction.
- Tested the fan after installation to confirm correct operation.
- Completed a final clean-up and inspection of all work areas.
Challenges & Solutions
