Scope of Work

Challenges & Solutions

• Electrical socket tripping indoors — the issue was traced to the external light and resolved with a weatherproof replacement fitting.

Final Outcome

The downstairs toilet was brought back into reliable working order, the loose fittings were secured, and the external light issue was addressed with a safer weatherproof installation.

The high-level wall openings were sealed to improve external protection, while the shed roof condition was assessed and a more suitable replacement method was recommended.
