Timber Frame & Well Cover Installation — Victoria Avenue, Leeds

Project Overview

British Builders completed external timber works at a residential property on Victoria Avenue in Leeds. The existing well area had an old loose timber frame, damaged brickwork and an unstable cover arrangement, creating a safety concern and allowing debris to fall into the opening.

Our team removed the unsafe structure, cleared the surrounding area and constructed a new ground-level timber frame with a durable protective cover. Scope of Work

Final Outcome

The old unsafe timber frame and loose debris were removed, and a new treated timber frame with a secure cover was installed over the well opening. The area is now safer, cleaner and better protected from falling debris, while still allowing practical access for future inspection or maintenance if required.
